Due to ground conditions and hydrological constraints Neal Soils removed approximately 50,000 tonnes of material unsuitable for construction and imported an additional 120,000 tonnes of compactable fill to raise levels prior to construction in March 2015. During the construction phases, Neal Soils supplied an additional 100,000 tonnes of recycled sand, topsoil and aggregates.
